李恒吉，男，理学硕士，助理研究员，主要从事资源环境情报分析，重点研究社会-环境系统耦合演化、低碳城市与区域可持续发展。已发表期刊文章20余篇（SCI/SSCI 2篇），报纸采纳文章2篇。曾获联合国环境规划署2012年Klaus Toepfer环境创新竞赛二等奖。参与多项地方政府委托的循环经济规划、可持续发展规划、产业发展规划、生态工业园规划、生态文明建设规划及其他政策咨询项目。

　　Mr. LI Hengji, a Research Fellow in Intelligence & Literature Analysis，Low Carbon City and Regional Sustainable Development at the Lab for Urban & Environmental Computation. He graduated with a Master degree in Geography Science from Lanzhou University in June 2013. After that, he joined in the Information Center on Resources and Environment of the Chinese Academy of Sciences as an Assistant Professor, in charging of information & literature analysis.
